General Bonus Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute an integral part of the General Casino Terms and Conditions and shall be applicable to any and all the Bonus Offers made by the Casino to the Customer.

1. In these Terms, the capitalized words and expressions shall have the following meaning:

“Terms” – means these General Bonus Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time;

“T&C” – means the General Casino Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time;

“Casino” – means the party owning and operating the Website;

“Website” – means the website available via the <olympia.casino> domain name, including any and all games, products, and services available on the said website, which website, as between the Casino and the Customer, is owned and operated by the Casino;

“Account” – means an account with the Casino registered in order to use the Website for wagering with the Casino as provided for under the T&C.

“Customer” – means any natural person (except persons located in the countries, local laws of which prohibits Bonus Offers or any similar offers) which receives a Bonus Offer, provided that such a person is a “Customer” under the T&C or becomes a “Customer” under the T&C after receiving an Offer.

“Bonus” – means a gift from the Casino to the Customer, the receipt of which is subject to fulfilment of these Terms and the terms of the respective Bonus Offer, including reaching the Wagering Threshold specified in such an Offer.

“Cancelation” – means the Customer’s refusal to fulfil the terms of the respective previously Accepted Offer, which results in immediate termination of the Bonus Period (and “to Cancel” shall be construed accordingly).

“Wagering Threshold” – means an aggregated amount of wagers which the Customer shall make with Casino within the Bonus Period in order to receive the Bonus (save for the obligation of the Customer to comply with any and all other provisions of these Terms, the T&C, and the terms of the respective Offer). The exact Wagering Threshold shall be specified in the respective Bonus Offer. For the avoidance of doubts and save for any other provisions hereof, only real money wagers shall be taken into account for the purpose of evaluation of the Wagering Threshold reaching progress, and no fun money wagers shall be taken into account for the same purpose. Notwithstanding the above, wagering in some games provided by the Casino may not be taken into account either partially or fully for the purpose of evaluation of Wagering Threshold reaching progress in accordance with the Wagering Contribution.

“Bonus Period” – means a specific time period commencing upon the Acceptance during which the Customer shall reach Wagering Threshold in order to receive the Bonus under the respective Bonus Offer. The exact Bonus Period shall be specified in the respective Bonus Offer. Notwithstanding the above, when the respective Offer provides for the grant of Free Spins, Bonus Period shall commence upon the use of the last respective Free Spin.

“Free Spin” – means the one-time right granted by the Casino to the Customer according to the respective Accepted Bonus Offer to wager for free in slot games (which allow using Free Spins therein) where an amount of wager using such Free Spin may be limited by applicable Free Spin Amount as specified in the respective Bonus Offer.

“Free Spin Amount” – means an amount of wager which may be made using respective Free Spin.

“Free Spins Win Cap” – means a maximum aggregate amount the Customer may win after using all Free Spins granted within the same Bonus Offer.

“Wallet” – means a separate gaming monetary account within the Customer’s Account which may be deposited with only one specific currency.

“Bonus Amount” – means an amount added to the Customer’s Wallet according to the respective Accepted Bonus Offer which the Customer may use for wagering in casino games (when such games allow wagering during the Bonus Period) but which shall not come into Customer’s ownership unless otherwise provided for in these Terms or the respective Bonus Offer. The exact Bonus Amount (of the order of calculation thereof) shall be specified in the respective Bonus Offer.

“Funds” – means an Account (or respective Wallet) balance at the moment of Acceptance of the Bonus Offer (and when the Acceptance Conditions require the Customer to deposit their Account (Wallet), the said balance shall be considered inclusively with such an Acceptance deposit) (in case of Free Spins Offer, solely for the purpose of this definition, the moment of the use of the last Free Spin granted under the Offer shall be deemed the moment of Acceptance) plus aggregated amount of all deposits made by the Customer to the Account (to the same Wallet) thereafter (excluding the Acceptance deposit amount, which is already taken into account, as stated above) within the Bonus Period, and less all withdrawals made by the Customer from the Account (from the same Wallet) thereafter, subject to all applicable correction of Customer’s funds under the General Casino Terms and Conditions (e.g. due to the Customer’s breach, fraud, or the Casino’s system errors).

“Wallet Balance” – means an amount indicated as available on the respective Wallet, which, however, includes both the Funds and the Bonus Balance (added under the respective Bonus Offer) not being in the Customer’s ownership, if any.

“Bonus Wins” – means an amount of an increase (if any) of the Wallet Balance for the time being within the Bonus Period over the sum of Funds and applicable Bonus Amount. Bonus Wins shall not be the Customer’s ownership unless otherwise provided for in these Terms or the respective Bonus Offer.

“Bonus Wins Cap” – means a maximum possible amount of Bonus Wins during the Bonus Period where no exceeding shall be possible (when the Customer’s wager should result in the exceeding of the applicable Bonus Wins Cap, the Casino will deduct any exceeding amounts from the Wallet Balance and the Customer hereby agrees to such deduction).

“Bonus Balance” – means Bonus Amount plus Bonus Wins for the time being.

“Maximum Win” – means a maximum amount the Customer may win as the result of one wager (without using Free Spins) during the Bonus Period.

“Maximum Bonus Wager” – means maximum amount the Customer may wager per bet during the Bonus Period.

“Minimum Bonus Wager” – means the minimum amount the Customer may wager per bet during the Bonus Period.

“Wager Limits” – means Minimum Bonus Wager and Maximum Bonus Wager.

“Wager Contribution” – means, when applicable, percentage of each wager which shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation of Wagering Threshold reaching progress.

2. The Casino may (but is not obliged to) from time to time at its sole discretion make an Offer to the Customer according to these Terms. The Offer will determine the following:

- Acceptance Conditions;

- Number of Free Spins granted (order of calculation shall suffice; if applicable);

- Free Spin Amount (if applicable);

- Maximum Free Spin Win (if applicable);

- Free Spins Win Cap (if applicable);

- Bonus Amount (order of calculation shall suffice);

- Bonus Period;

- Wagering Threshold;

- Maximum Win;

- Bonus Wins Cap;

- Wagering Limits;

- Wagering Contribution.

- Special terms if applicable (when included, special terms shall prevail respective provisions of these Terms).

Each Offer may be Accepted by the same Customer only once. For the purpose of this clause, a natural person, each member of their family(ies), each resident of their household address(es), each user of their email address(es), each user of their telephone number(s), each user of their payment account(s), each user of their IP(s) and/or computer(s) shall be deemed the same Customer.

3. In order to Accept a Bonus Offer, the Customer shall fulfil all Acceptance Conditions. Safe for all other Acceptance Conditions, even where not expressly specified, the Acceptance Conditions under any and all Offers shall be always deemed including a requirement to be or become (as applicable) a “Customer” under the T&C. When the Customer has Accepted an Offer, before either expiry of Bonus Period, reaching the Wagering Threshold or Cancelation (as the case may be), the Customer shall not be able to Accept any other Offer.
4. When the Offer is Accepted by the Customer, either Bonus Amount or the respective number of Free Spins (as applicable under the respective Offer) shall be added to the Customer’s Account. In case of Free Spins, the Customer shall also activate them using its Account settings within twenty-four (24) hours following the Acceptance (unless another period is stipulated under the respective Offer); otherwise, such Free Spins shall be withdrawn by the Casino, and the respective Offer shall be deemed not Accepted.
5. Where under the respective Offer the Customer receives Free Spins, after activation of the same, the Customer shall use them within five (5) days following the receipt (unless another period is stipulated under the respective Offer). The final aggregated amount of Customer’s wins from using all Free Spins under the respective Offer shall constitute a Bonus Amount under the respective Offer which in no event shall exceed Free Spins Win Cap (unless otherwise provided for under the respective Offer), and the said Bonus Amount shall be added to the Wallet Balance after using the last Free Spin under the respective Bonus Offer. The Customer’s wagers using Free Spins shall comply with the applicable Free Spin Amount, and the Customer’s winnings from using Free Spins are subject to the applicable Maximum Free Spin Win.
6. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. 7. During the Bonus Period, the Customer shall not be able to withdraw the Acceptance deposit amount (if any) from the respective Wallet. For the avoidance of doubts, Bonus Balance shall not be available for withdrawal at all as it is not the Customer’s ownership. 8. During the Bonus Period, the funds displayed on the Wallet Balance shall be deemed used in the following order:

(iii) Bonus Balance shall be deemed being used only when no Funds are available.

9. The Customer shall receive the Bonus if before the expiry of the Bonus Period the Customer has reached the Wagering Threshold.
